Default Please tell me what is wrong with my tomato seedlings?

I do not know what this is please help me identify the problem. They were all started in sterile soiless seed starting mix, and potted up about 2 weeks ago to miracle gro cactus mix do I need to throw them out? I do believe some of the seedlings may have been touching the grow lights could they be burned, or are they suffering from disease? If it is a disease can I save them or not? TIA

Are the discolored leaves the ones that were touching the lights? It looks to me more like a burn than disease. I think they'll be fine.

I would agree. That looks like a contact burn. Trim and continue on.
