Default Fish fertlizer for seedlings

I stared late this spring with seeds and got 8 plants from a friend i gave seeds to years ago. And i do use lights. Now May 25th i usually plant tomatoes this week anyway, my seedlings are to small. I am leaving light on all day because of no sun for days here on the northeast coast. All the rain in USA is now here and stopped, So here what i did yesterday, i feed all from the bottoms. With New Gro-tone from Espoma there fish, only a little in water. Nice after 12 hrs this all all up and looking nice. I never feed small plants before this are only 3"-5"high.
