Default Help diagnosing problem

My black brandywine isn't looking so good. This is the only plant showing this. There are 15 other varieties doing OK. Based on reading this forum, I am wondering if it is bacterial, or just waterlogged or ?? It has been cloudy and rainy for a while, and there is standing water around this 18" deep raised bed that I installed this winter. I am going to work on drainage and water diversion when it dries out a bit. Just wondering if I need to dispose of this plant ASAP, or give it a chance to dry out. Thoughts?

Looks like stress from drowning roots. No need to dispose of the plant, check how saturated the soil is around the roots, if the plant is sitting in water, do something about drainage.

That's what I was hoping to hear, thanks. This is my first year going all in on heirlooms and I am a little apprehensive about the potential for disease. Trying to remain vigilant and address potential issues before they spread. I have rooted suckers from some of the more reliable varieties so that I have replacements ready at a moments notice.
