Default What tomato variety is this?

I was on google images,can't remember what i googled.But I seen this pic & i'm curious to find out what type this is.It had no descripion & when I clicked the link I couldn't find the pic.

photoes shopicus. The lighting on the hands and the tomatoes are not the same.

There are two light sources, but I do believe you are right. It does look photo shopped.
