Summer sunrise

Now I know why this dwarf was named Summer Sunrise! I hate to cut it, it is so beautiful. I know by supper time I'll feel differently.

Did you taste it yet! We ate our first - looked like yours (was actually approaching 1 lb) - one of the best tomatoes of the entire summer.

We just ate our first Summer Sunrise. Wow! That is one really good (and beautiful) tomato. Thanks so much to everyone who has participated in the dwarf project.

Ours was close to a pound also! I let it sit one more day and the "rays" spread almost all the way around the tomato. Beautiful! And absolutely delicious! Some olive oil and accompanied by our new favorite, burrata cheese. Oh so good.
