I guess I'll start it off here are some of the ingredients I use what you don't see in the picture is organic blackstrap molasses.

I have a pretty inexact recipe and technique. Soak a pillow case or burlap bag full of compost/composted manure in water, add a dash of fish emulsion, add inoculate, add old coffee if I am watering acid loving plants like tomatoes or strawberries, get it foamy by vigorous mixing, use right away.

I have added molasses before like you do, not sure if it helped or not though.

PS This is completely just what I do. I am not intending to recommend it to others since I have never actually researched compost tea recipes.

Worm tea recipe I have used as fertilizer and as a folair spray 3 times this spring and summer. Have seen good steady growth unlike using a nitrogen fertilizer.
5 gallon bucket almost full of tap water, let set 24 hours to remove the chlorine. Add 1heaping tablespoon of unsulfered molasas and 2 to 3 cups of worm castings. Let bubble for 24 hours with fish tank pump and stone. At the end of this it should have a good deal of foam on top from all the micro growth. Use ASAP as the millions of microbes start dying due to lack of oxygen. Strain into sprayer and watering can.
Have used on all vegetables except for lettuce. Tomato crop has been best ever and seems like I have less insect problems. Also installed a worm tower in 1 section of garden, will be interesting to watch and see how that actually works.
