http://tatianastomatobase.com/wiki/G...b=General_Info And here's a link to a thread where I posted the info about this variety from the SSE Yearbook: http://www.idigmygarden.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=41766 And here's a link to a general Google search for the variety: https://www.google.com/#q=glazier+giant+tomato I made the initial comment b'c when I went to Chuck's site today this variety is no longer being listed although I'm sure , from Tania's link, that it once was listed by Chuck. O K I see the problem as to why I was having a hard time founding information on the Glaziers Giant from Chuck's site: It's the spelling Of Glaziers used at Chuck's site V.s Glazer used at Tania's Site. I read that you stated their was a misspelling: So which Spelling is the Corrected one: Glaziers on Chuck Site Glazer on Tanian's Site Or Glazier with-out the {s} sold on that German Site.

http://www.heirloomtomatoes.net/ I don't see it listed under any heading. And I have to assume that Chuck's site is up to date. I've seen it spelled a coupleofways, and I don't know that any one way is correct, but see below about SSE. Finally, I don't know which German site you refer to. And If you look at the idig thread, post #2, I linked to above, you can see the background and spelling that SSE used when they listed it many years ago and I would assume that is the correct spelling since they traced it back to shortly after SSE started in1975. But if it's seeds you want I think Tania's site is best. Carolyn

Chuck got almost ALL of his varieties from the SSE YEarbooks over the years when he was a listed member. He was never that much interested in background/history type of information, rather, building up his site to be able to list as many varieties as he could. If you look at his site, you don't see many varieties where he gave background info and I can't recall ANY names of the persons he got his seeds from, and that includes me, who at his request, sent him seeds for all of the varieties in my book that he didn't already have and there many many seeds I sent him just of the book ones. And many others besides those. I think it's reasonable to conclude that Chuck got the Glazier one from the 1996 listing of it by SSE itself. What information went along with the seeds when you bought them from ChucK? Carolyn

I think my husband put my computer security very high, because I can't get into Chuck's site again. My computer close the site every time I try to open it up.
But thank you very much!!!!!
