Kardia Karpos red fermenting! Whew! Just had to pick a slug off of the last one!
Thanks Doug! I'll be posting a new tomato tasting next week

Nicky, I read your blogs with great pleasure for 2 years already.
Thank you, this is exactly kind of reviews I need: pictures, descriptions, taste and rating.

Where can I find Nowicki seeds to purchase? I'd love to try this variety!

Heshpole sounds great! I wish I had read this before I sent in my seed/wishlist to the swap. Great blog- I really enjoyed your descriptions.

Nice blog! Bozley is so cute! My 9YO son is growing up with only CATS! This has to be rectified soon. I am such a dog person and the two cats we have know it. They will come to me for scratches, and occasionally sit in my lap, but we all know that I wish they were dogs!
I love the look and description of your green pear tomato! I also wish that I had read your blog before I sent in my wish list. Last edited by RobinB; November 22, 2013 at 02:52 PM. Reason: I can't spell... |

I didn't save many seeds this year.... It was such a terrible summer. Ah well.
I have no idea if Nowicki is for sale anywhere. I got it as a gift from a Canadian lady who got them from Jan Nowicki. A meaty heart shaped paste indeterminate. I would offer you some, except that I didn't save the seeds. I am going to grow them again next year & hopefully save a large amount if seed. I don't have any extra Heshpole this year either. Darned late season & kitchen renovation interrupted my seed saving. Thanks Remy & Robyn. Bozley is crazy, but so sweet! If anyone would like Kardia Karpos Red to grow out, send me PM or reply on this message. Cheers,
