Siletz-What happened here?
I'm growing Siletz in the same areas as 5 other varieties, they are all growing tall, with blooms and tomatoes developing. They have all received the same nutrient supplementation, same light etc.
Siletz on the other hand has earned the nickname Stumpy. It has ONE lovely round tomato on it. The plant itself is not gaining any height at all. I know this is a determinate. Should I have let it get some size on it before allowing the blossoms to set? Or is this just an isolated case of plant weirdness. Stacy |

The Siletz I grew last year was a really small bushy plant - maxed out about 2 1/2 feet tall. It wasn't all that early, but set lots really quickly once it got started. By 'lots' I mean a decent burden for the size of the plant. It should do better than 1 fruit! (At least, I hope so).
