Default Spongy Brandywines

I have a Brandywine (Sudduth) with 23 tomatoes set and growing. The plant is 8 feet tall, and very robust. I noticed this evening that many of the tomatoes are now spongy, like they are shrinking inside. The skin is loose on a few of them. The rest of the plant looks fine. I water every morning, although it is blazing hot here in SC daily. Has anyone seen this? Thanks!!!

Pics? It's hard to tell what the problem is.
I've had some time in a very hot period some bigger tomatoes get kinda shriveled on one side (the one towards the sun).

Pics would help. Sounds like sun scald possibly.

In years past, when it was super hot and the fruits were in the direct sun in the heat of the day, I have had some that almost felt cooked when I went to pick. This wasn't sun scald, but more like they had been boiled; just a skin with mush inside, and it happened in just a couple of days when the temp was well over 100 and the fruit had no foliage covering.

Thanks guys- it turns out that it was just a dehydration problem. I watered it down really good last night, and this morning, the tomato skins are tight as a drum! This heat is just something else!
