Default Russian Rose

This is the first year I've grown it and I've picked only one tomato so far, but wow! I just had a tomato sandwich and this is the best-tasting tomato so far this year. Sweetish, fruity, dense. I taste-tested it against other sweetish and full-bodied tomatoes I have (Ace, Wine Jug, Druzba) and it really stands out. I got the plant at a plant exchange, so I don't know the seed source.

I'll have to wait to see if my plant produces more just like the first one!

Has anyone else tried this variety? What did you think of the flavor?

I grew one in 2010 and liked it- didn't grow it again because it wasn't a hit w/DH and there were too many others to try.
