Default Before and After...

Tomatoes are slow to ripen, but I did get enough to put up 24 jars of Annie's Salsa this week. Still waiting on a ton of fruit to ripen on the vine to make sauce. Really thought this was going to be my most productive year ever, but the cool temps here in CT have really slowed things down.



Made from Stump of the World, Orange Minsk, Dr. Lyle, Kosovo, a few Carbon and a few Big Beef. Still haven't seen 1 ripe Pruden's Purple. It was the plant I looked forward to the most after reading so much about it, but it has not performed as I had hoped.
