Thanks, Greg |

I got mine from the Italian seed company.
http://www.growitalian.com/products/...o-Redorta.html 125 seeds in each pack, now that is a seed company!! So i guess I have a few extras, I'll trade if you don't want to purchase them. I was going to grow them this year. I purchased them last summer. Last edited by drew51; December 6, 2014 at 04:25 PM. |

http://www.growitalian.com/pages/About-Us.html My learning lesson here is that while Tania's seed sources are great she can't cover all of them and there are others who just don't want to, for their own reasons, get a Google link in place. Carolyn

I heard an interview with Bill before he retired, or right after. It's nice to have those italian seeds here. The Franchi company was started in 1783 and it is still in the same family!
I have grown a few items, and I'm impressed with the product. I'm buying some beans too for next year. |

Those remind me of a Jersey Devil. I'd like to compare both for fresh eating. I grew SM Lungo #2 and a plain San Marzano variety and neither were much good for fresh eating but they earned their keep once roasted.

Yeah I only want them for sauce. I'm growing a bunch of thers too. I have to figure out how much room I have. I rotate crops, and I don't have it down pat yet.
