refrigeration
This time of year I occasionally break down and buy some tomatoes at the local HEB, knowing full well that grocery store tomatoes will not really satisfy my itch. Those tomatoes came from a produce company that kept them cold till they were delivered to the store in a refrigerated truck and live in a walk in cooler in the back of the store till they are ready to be put on display.
So, has the damage already been done, or will more refrigeration make matters even worse? |
