Ooh, you're a little bit ahead of me. I'm trying to be patient. I did sow my peppers and eggplant but waiting another week or two on the tomatoes. I'm moving my plant out date to a week or so later because of the late cold weather we've had the last couple of springs. Last year it looked like the coast we clear and I went ahead and planted at my usual time, around April 15. Then Easter Monday, we got a bad noreaster had to cover every plant with contractor bags in the freezing rain. Everything turned out fine but it was a pain. So I'll be glad for you for now and sit tight here awhile longer.

Hey Shelly, last year was the first year I put mine in the garage after pot up. They were there until 8 weeks and they were in great shape. last frost date here is around the 10th. * weeks will put me before that but if frost comes, I just cover them up.

Last spring we did have two days of heavy frost AFTER our frost date
which hurt mine but I didn't see it coming.

Nice list you have. I see a few names I am not familiar with and will be googling to see what they are like Shannon's. I haven't seen the name Box Car Wille in several years. Nice to see some of the old timey names being planted.

After so much destruction last year, I have held off til now. Tomorrow I will start sowing. Now watch because I waited this year, we will have an extra hot and early spring.

Now the big question is what to try and start. I may just toss everything in a fish bowl and pull out packages and plant that way.

I know one on my list is Pork Chop. I am bacon freak. Eat it like most folks eat potato chips and when I saw tomato seed named Pork Chop, I just had to have some. Just hope it will taste as good as it looks sliced on top of a BLT.
