Hi again,
I didn't say spider mites. I said mites. There are hundreds of species and most don't leave tell-tale webbing. russet mites for example. common and very problematic on peppers, tomatoes, eggplants. microscopic in size, they are not visible to the naked eye but the damage they cause from their piercing and sucking of plant sap is.

I'd say that photo is further evidence that it's edema. If the plant is not able to transpire water vapor through the leaf stomata as fast as it's taking up water from the roots then the turgor pressure builds up in the leaf cells until they burst like a balloon. Overwatering is a factor as well as temperature and humidity in your room.

So correct those issues and the plant will repair itself?

I agree with Rayr. I've done this to my pepper plants before. I cut back on watering and although the damaged leaves stayed funky looking, the new growth was fine.

If the air is still in the room run a fan over the plants. The humidity surrounding the leaves will be much higher than the rest of the room, so circulating the air will make it easier for the plant to transpire.

Going to guess over watering...I have a small fan facing the plants.

Probably the water, but I would also ease up on the fertilizer. I use the fox farms
fertilizer when my plants are transferred to their permanent 5 gallon fabric pots.
