Suddaths Strain Brandywine-diseased?

Hi guys,
A plant I bought from the nursery is looking diseased. It is covered in blooms and has grown some but it hasn't set fruit when most all of the others are. The leafs are turning yellow but in a very odd way. I did notice that some of the blooms are drying up and dropping. Not sure if this also has anything to do with it but I had a calendula flower that looked like it was molding from too much moisture.... Well the branch that was touching it (pic below) was the worst out of all the plant. Any ideAs? I want to pull it but if I do them can I not plant another tomato? It's two feet away from 3 other tomatoes.... Thanks guys!!

I might all add that ALL 8 other plants in this box are perfect with no diseases or imperfections. Knock on wood!!!

Well- I stared at it for a week and the plant, though blooming, did not change. It did not set fruit or grow however it was putting on blooms (but then dropping them). So I pulled the plant....

It looks like the early symptoms of fusarium wilt.
