There is a white mold growing on my seedling pots

If it is on the soil, you are overwatering it. Let it dry. After that water with 1 part peroxide 3 parts water.

The same thing happened on my pepper seedlings last year before they germinated. I removed the clear plastic cover, broke the mold up with my finger; and allowed the growing medium to dry out a little under a ceiling fan. The mold didn't reappear and the seed germinated okay.
