Hi Robbins,

I just grew one... it was late and after my usual sowing season... grow more, please, as I would really like to get this excellent red.

The green GMG PL is just the best this year... so if we can get a red out there, fantastic. I'm sure it's just something at my end...

And thank you.

Changing the subject a little (but hopefully not hijacking the thread), whatever happened to the GMG Green RL?

Did anyone ever work with that one? I still have seeds for it, but haven't done anything with them yet.

Default GMG

Hey Suze - I grew the rl GMG last year - that is where the red GMG rl showed up. The ones that were GMG rl - green were wonderful! They were in the top 2 of every taste testing festivity we put them in.
My PL GMG were in a field that I had to let go due to drought - not enough water for both tomato fields - so I never did get to try them. The rl's (both red and green) were fantastic!

Thanks for the input, Robbins -- maybe I'll give the RL seeds a go for fall crop. Like you, I didn't get to make a good assessment of the PL last year. I started it so late (for my climate)... then I moved.

Default Grub, you're making me hungry

Grub, I remember reading about GMG on gardenweb and wondering what you were getting. I know if Earl loves it, it must be a winner. I'm always looking for something new to push into my top 10. All the best.

Thanks for all your feedback and I hope GMG PL works for your Craig. I really hope you get what I get. Ditto for my friends Snoozy and Robbins and, yes, I remember Mary in PW. There are several in PW who grow great maters. If you would like seeds for GMG PL just drop me a line...
