In the PNW, one word: Blackberries.

Weirdly, I wrote a long and funny story about a blackberry experience the other day but the thread is nowhere to be found now. It also talked about bronze fennel in the first post. Must have been deleted somehow?

If you mean nut sedge, and are not against spraying, Sedgehammer will kill it and leave the grass alone.
Wont keep it from seeding back in tho..
Can't use it in the food garden either.

My nemesis is bindweed, landscapers brought in with dirt. I cant seem to find something that will kill it, it runs 20'/year underground. Comes up thick as grass in spots no matter what is sprayed on it.
