Weeds...Just Keeps Growing
Earlier this year, I had grown backup tomato plants that were not needed. Instead of tossing them in the compost bin, I planted them in the compost bin. They grew without support - okay fine, but I needed to throw a lot of garden waste in the compost bin. So I pulled the plants up and left them there to compost.
I felt odd pulling healthy tomato plants, but I need to paint the boards and had 80' of turnip plants, 40' of collards, 85' of potato plants, 40' of bean plants, etc. to that needed to go in the compost bin. After all, that's what the compost bin is for. I tossed all those plants in along with other stuff. Then these weeds started growing in the compost bin... There are some things to learn here |

Looks like you are going to be harvesting from your compost bin this year too. Can't keep a good plant down.

lol Star, it also looks like I'll be painting those boards this winter instead of this week. If the tomatoes want to grow that bad - I just have to let them grow.
