Scott, I wouldn't eat any of them but they are just gorgeous. Beautiful peppers!

More pepper porn!
The very small orange ones are the Kambuzi from central Malawi. Lovely small powerhouses with nice crunch. They are used as relishes pickled and raw in Malawi, and I will do the same. |

Very nice!!! Sometimes you have to watch out for the tiny ones. They do sneak up on you. Thanks for the pepper peak show. : )

Most are too hot for me to enjoy, but the pic is absolutely lovely!

I think the hottest ones I grow are the small Thai ones since I do a lot of Asian cooking & fresh ones are difficult to find except at somewhat distant Asian supermarkets. And they're also very easy to dry for winter use.
While I also like Caribbean cooking, dishes call for just one or two Habanero/Scotch Bonnet-type peppers at most, so it's a lot easier to just pick a couple up at the supermarket or local farmers market in season. In fact, one of my favorite farmers market vendors will frequently just toss one or two peppers in with my order for free, since he knows how I use them. Very nice guy & one who I give most of my business to. Outside of the Thai, I pretty much stick to Poblanos, Jalapenos, & the Italian sweet Cubanelle fryers.
