The perfect Pico de Gallo - Big Sun Habaneros
Folks, the perfect pepper for Pico de Gallo is the Big Sun Hab. Not too hot, but with that lingering heat of the citrusy habanero.
Heaven is closer than you think. |

I grew them last year but sadly didn't save seeds because we moved around the time they were getting ripe. It was a huge plant and I will be growing next year for sure. They were wonderful and the right heat level for me to eat whole.

I read these hover around 300,000 scoville units. How many do you put in say, with 5 large Desters tomatoes? Just so I can picture how hot it gets in heaven.
