Most take three years to reach full size. First year they make a round second year a small bulb third year can be a full sized bulb.

I love your web pages btw. Found by google that first year I found bulbils on the scapes and didn't know what the heck! Thanks for all the experience you share. Zach that's a lovely place you have too. Nice job getting so many true seeds, btw. And got some growing... sweet. |
