You never know with nurseries. E.g. Bonnie Plants contracts supply to local nurseries. Back in 2012 in the Atlanta area they stocked 'Habanero' that grew up to be Fatalii ! BP doesn't even sell Fatalii. Seems the nursery made a mistake with some seeds...

But you could well be right about a cross. We'll have to wait and see what the next generation looks like.

Rajun, please go for several plants. It will be a lot easier to make deductions about the genetics with more than one F2.

I'm gonna grow out all the seeds and see where it takes me. My sister sells pepper jelly and she goes through at least 12 5 gallon buckets of peppers a year so they'll get used for either pepper, chow chow or pickled Mirlitons.
