juiciest tomato ever: Ananas noire
I had another big Ananas noire today and it is incredible how juicy it is. Never had anything like this before. Half a glass of juice with only cutting in it twice..... and what a juice!!!
Did you have the same impression? do you have other varieties that are VERY juicy (AND tasty)? |

My only complain is that it doe not produce many fruits but the ones that it does, are on the large side. The biggest tomato that I have grown had been AN. AN-record.jpg logo.jpg

Juiciness in my mind does seem to correspond to heirlooms done right.

Rose is a fabulous tasting pink with tons of juice. I was actually disappointed about all the juice because it swamped the plate whenever I halved and fried one. I wish I had thought to make juice with some! Rose is one of my favorites!

Ananas Noir is one of my favorites to grow. Unfortunately, this is the second year in a row I will have to do without due to my stupid mistakes and various critters....

What an amazing variety! I sliced one open this morning and had a slice for breakfast. I couldn't wait for lunch.
