Default How tall are yours?

I'm on track for really long vines. I measured today. The one vine still growing up straight is 8 feet 4 inches tall. Some have started to lean as the fruit weights the vines down. More that 7 years ago was my longest vines at 12.5 feet long. I'm sill using blossom set. It makes it interesting straying them from the ground. I got my ladder ready if I need to get closer to them soon. I have two more months to keep them growing.

Tell me how tall are yours now? Or do you just cut them off on top to make it easier to manage them?

I think my Anna Russian is pushing over 9 feet. It has outgrown the 8 foot trellis by more than a foot. I'm considering what to do with it next. I'll probably just start winding it around the trellis.

Some of mine are supported up to 8ft and then they are running horizontally. I estimate that they are about 12 ft in length.

My longest vines right now are probably around 16 to 18 ft but they will easily reach over 20 feet by the end of our long season. Those plants were set out in early March so the ones that have survived are getting a bit long in the tooth.

My plants set out in late May are about 10 to 12 ft on average. The ones set out July 1st are now a little over 7 ft and growing fast. The ones set out August 1st are around 3 to 4 feet tall.
