Tormato thank you so much doing this swap. I am amazed at how organized you are. I can't imagine the amount of seed packets you have at the peek. I'm not expecting many peppers back but I would like any mild pepper less than 20000 scovilles.

I really need to get a dehydrator and make some. I might gain cabinet space if I can throw out all those bottles to get the flavor I like in one jar.
