Which one,I know of several.

One is German Red Strawberry

http://t.tatianastomatobase.com/wiki...Red_Strawberry

Another is

http://t.tatianastomatobase.com/wiki...erry_Margarita

Another is

https://www.google.com/search?q=stra...cyyLnRNgnSM%3A

which is a hybrid if I remember right.

and this one

http://t.tatianastomatobase.com/wiki/Orange_Strawberry

And you'll see some places listing a German Orange Strawberry which is really wrong. It was Marjorie Morris who sent me seeds for German Red Strawberry which is a family heirloom and she also sent me seeds for Orange Strawberry as well, which was a stray seed as you can see reading that link. There is nothing in common between the two except for the word Strawberry. So someone somewhere decided that Orange Strawberry was the same as GRS,so added the German to the orange.

Did you have any specific variety in mind since you can see there are several varieties with Strawberry as part of the name, and no doubt more that I can't recall right now.

That would be German Red Strawberry and in my opinion, one of the best.

Gloria, you are so right when you say information overload, but everyone goes from not knowing very much to as they age building up more and more info,so look forward to that b/c it will happen.

yes, grown it a few times......its a gigantic plant, not prolific but puts out a few really big ones (up to 1 kg). Quite tasty and all meat, very little seeds.

Its quite a wispy plant, which is a common trait of hearts.
