Juliet is hard to beat !
I prefer OP of course but
But I subscribe to 3 Must have/ hard to beat hybrids. Juliet Bigbeef Sungold Juliet is so productive !

I canned 3 qrts of grape/cherry mostly (80%) Juliet.
I have picked some more Julits. I will sundry them. I will test dry some beefsteak slices to see how they dry. I am already done with canning/jarring tomato sauce.

I dried a whole bunch of Juliets last year. I don't know how they would do as a "sun dried" tomato, I dried them until crispy and powdered them. Worked great, but powder developed an off taste after a couple months. If I do that this year, I will keep the powder in the freezer. I ordered a Vicrorio Food Strainer to make juice and sauce with, it arrives Saturday, and I envision it seeing lots of Juliets (or something that resembles them, I grew seeds from last year's tomatoes, each plant has different shaped tomatoes, but all have the same growth habit).
