You leave down here the month of July, you won't be able to find your house when you get back.

for four future tarts.. http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2...gh-recipe.html Much better fresh than frozen but I don't bake much. We have just four desserts we make in a bi-monthly rotation. JuliaChild's Clafouti, Creme Brûlée, ChocPecanPie, and this fruit tart in the summer months. Most would not like this but I use no sugar, just the blueberries, a scant tbsp of quick Tapioca, sprig of thyme leaves, lemon zest and pepper/salt. Crumb on top is Pankobread crumbs and Avocado oil to wet it, a tiny glug of MapleSyrup. I do the same with raspberries, or a mixed fruit tart. Rhubarb/strawberry the same as strawberries are so sick sweet. No recipe really except the pastry part. I think the drip irrigation is working fine. Just would be adjusted if I had been home. If one dripper out of 30 works itself loose, it effects the flow of others. That would be caught if tending and looking daily or even twice a week. |
