Default Living, Growing, Sprouting = LGS

I have four LGSs planted. After having produced immense loads of juicy fruits, they started to shrivel up and looked like they were going to die of old age.

I didn't get a chance to pull them for a while. Today I noticed that there are many new branches sprouting everywhere and many flowers are blossoming and setting fruit!

I thought LGS only sets fruit once.
