Default Leggy Seedlings

Ok, my seedlings are pretty "leggy", very fragile. I have put them in the garage under lights. When can I transplant them to bigger pots? I think I should have moved them under the lights sooner to prevent them being so leggy. I guess i could always start over

I might transplant them to a bigger pot; bury them neck deep, and maybe move them closer to the light source; then, to play it safe, I would start new seeds.

You've got less than 1 inch of space between the top of the leaves and the fluorescent bulbs right?

How long since you planted? Mine were all leggy and I repotted and they are fine now sitting outside and being brought in when cold
