Oedema

A couple of my plants are starting to develop, (what i think is), oedema! Should i be worried?
It's mostly on the stems..

Will they recover from it? What can i do?

I've never had Oedema on Tomatoes, but it is caused by to high humidity and too high moisture in the soil. Once you get the plants outside, they will recover. I get it on many other plants in the greehouse but it doesn't kill them.

In a south-facing windowsill.
The plant in the picture are actually one of my Cowlick's.

I'm sorry to say but I cannot figure out what the problem is, especially since your plants are being grown indoors. Ami

Not knowing what it is, I might try a spray with a hydrogen
peroxide solution. A typical "good guess" solution strength
is to take what you get in a bottle at a pharmacy or grocery
store and mix one part of that with 10 parts water, then spray
with that. It will not hurt the plants at that strength, but if
the disease is some external fungus, the hydrogen peroxide
spray should kill it.
