Hi Everyone, just wondering if anybody know's when they are ready to pick.

When they go from firm to slightly soft.

cream sausage is a bit tricky. when they first turn yellow, they are not ready. they will turn a brighter yellow at this point they still need 3 or 4 days to ripen fully.

cs has been a very early, mild and yellow, not white, tomato for me.
