Default yellow leaves

Some of the leaves on my Hungarian Heart are turning bright yellow midway and upward. Tonite I noticed the veins are green. The leaf then turns brown and drops. Needs a boost of fertilize? It is monster of a plant - the framework is awesome - but needed to hopefully hold the load of 1# plus fruits - piegirl

Usually if it is turning yellow and there is no sign of disease or insects then most of the time it is a sign of needing nitrogen so IMHO you might want to hit it with some fert and see if that helps. Though maybe someone else will chime in that might have seen that.

Has it been really dry or hot there? Other than the above I guess it might could be environmental, such as weather related.

Also are they turning yellow from the tips of the branches first?

Blow is an image with nitrogen deficiency
