Brandy Boy F2
I received Brandy Boy seeds in a SASE exchange. I was wondering why 4 of the 5 plants were regular leaf. When I looked at the envelope it said they were F2 OP. What can I expect from these plants?
Thanks |

Brandy Boy is a commercial hybrid, so any saved F2 seeds will not come true. I imagine it's a trade secret what RL tomato(es) were used to cross with Brandywine to develop Brandy Boy, so what you get could be almost anything.

Not sure why someone would send you Brandy Boy F2 seeds. There are Brandy Boy F6 or F7 which are stabilised and very similar to Brandywine. Starting with F2 means many years of growouts ahead of you.
