hydrogen peroxide and water solution question
Qestion 2: Also read that using a solution of H2O2 and water as foliar spray can help prevent the spread of disease/blight. Any insight on this? Thanks.

Most fungi and bacteria are killed on contact with hydrogen peroxide.
It does not persist on the foliage, just dries up, so one would be spraying a lot if one needed season-long control. How much to use: http://www.using-hydrogen-peroxide.c...-peroxide.html
