Default How to Host A Blind Tasting Suggestions...

I have volunteered to host a blind tomato tasting at my community garden....
I don't think the way they set it up last year was very efficient ... so I am hoping someone on the board might have some good ideas that I can implement.

topics I need to consider:
1. how to check in tomato and keep anonymous.
2. rating card? is it easiest to vote for best overall tomato? and tally votes?
3. do you have palate cleansers like at a wine tasting?
4. how many tomatoes do they need to enter to provide a good sample??

Anything else I am not thinking of?

Any advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Amanda
