Default What's happening to my tomatoes?

So the majority of my tomato plants that are on the driveway pavement are starting to look like the pics, I am wondering if maybe it got to hot and cooked the roots??? Last Saturday was the hottest day of the year and it probably hit 85ish. Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Jeremy

The only one I have that looks like that is in the ground and
has verticillium wilt. Some of our members from Texas maybe
could tell you if that is what happens when the roots overheat.
