Default Flavorino..fact or fiction

My mother-in-law was excited to tell me about an old heirloom tomato that was being sold at the Rochester Hills farmers market.
The fella told her it was called 'Flavorino" and that it is a very old heirloom and extremely hard to grow.

She brought me a couple, nice tangy flavor, salad size, real thick walls.

Anybody familiar with this tomato, know the origins?

I think it's an F1 greenhouse adapted variety.
