Default hotbed thermostat plug?

Some one in the last couple of years posted a picture of an electrical plug that plugged into a receptacle
and turned on the electric at about 39degrees and turned off at about 50 degrees. I have constructed a hotbed for use this winter and early spring for seedlings but cant locate the post. All I can remember is it was yellow and was available at lowes for around 12-15 dollars. Can anyone help me please. Possibly was Rnewste that posted it, not sure.

thanks
