Full-fledged Greenhouses, any recs?
I'm not blaming Clkeiper for this new passion; rather, I was inspired by his question: "Have you thought about installing a permanent hightunnel? you can extend your growing season by a month or 2 maybe even more."
Instead of a high tunnel (now that I have a couple of low tunnels in place), I'm considering a regular, even fancy-type greenhouse. I've looked at Rion, Juliana, BC Greenhouses, Cross Country. I was wondering if any of you T'villians have experience with these or others? I have to contend with Minnesota winters, so am thinking in terms of extending the season, on both ends, rather than year-round gardening. In addition to tomatoes I also propagate roses and grow lots of flowers and think I could get a lot of use out of it. I'd appreciate any thoughts and recommendations. Thanks in advance. Gary |

Now that's something I hadn't seen before. Thanks, Henry. Have you seen one of these in action?

I have two Sunglo greenhouses. The original is probably about 12 yrs old and this will be the third season for the newer one. They have held up very well in this climate, although we take precautions to remove heavy snowload from both. I'm very pleased with them.
