Eating catfaced SFT
We had a long period of cold and rainy weather last spring. The result is catfaced Silvery Fir Trees. Can I just cut out the bad portion and eat the rest?
I need a fix real bad. Micro Tom, Red Robin and Yellow Canary can only go so far. |

Sure you can just cut out the malformed part, which isn't bad, just malformed.
But I admit I'm a bit surprised b/c most of the time, and my experience as well, it's just the larger beefsteak varieties that are most susceptible to catfacing.

Thank-you. I am also surprised because the SFT is in a container between two other container plants. <shrug>
