Default Aphids,beetles,and white flies...Oh my!

This is my first garden in a new house.I never ever had a problem with insects before, only the dreaded gopher thieves stealing all my plants! Never had a disease or any other problems. This year I have aphids everywhere, cucumber beetles, squash bugs, white flies, flea beetles, and what might possibly be my first ever tomato disease. What is my best defense for the bugs? Also,I have researched the issues with the tomato plants that are looking not so great, and getting conflicting answers.I have one plant in my garden with a bunch of curled branches.Other than that the plant looks great. I have two toms in containers that are showing purple viens and the leaves are turned upwards and very tough.Any thoughts on how to improve my garden?
