This week's harvest
Well, my plants look like holy hell right now but they are still producing. Not sure how long I will be able to sustain it though?. Last year was the year of the leaf miner. This year it is verticillium and sepatoria. Have tried to stay ahead of it by spraying Seranade, Daconil and Natria but havent had much luck. Some plants look better than others.
Here is this week's harvest. Hopefully the plants will rebound! Mixed in (I am sure I forgot a few that I picked) are Stupice, Sungold, Matt's Wild Cherry, Stump of the World, Brandywine Sudduth, Brandywine from Croatia PL, Black Krim, Indian Stripe, Brandywine Red, Chocolate Stripes, JD's special C-Tex. You've got a beautiful looking harvest there, Mark. I sympathize about the disease problem you're experiencing. Last year I had a terrible problem with Septoria and my plants were pretty bare by August- trying to prevent sunscald became overwhelming. Hope your weather helps turn things around a bit for you so your season isn't over too soon.

What a beautiful harvest! I hope your plants will continue giving you the beauties much longer.
My plants look perfect, but no fruit yet, and I would give anything for a home grown heirloom tomato .

Nice haul!
A few of mine are starting to ripen. Today I ate one of each of the following: Bloody Butcher, Sun Gold hyb., and Sun Sugar hyb. |

Mark,
Your beautiful harvest is mouth watering!!! I write this as I tap my fingers on the table and wait for my greenies to turn their respective colors. Julia

Those are beautiful! Septoria, UGH...wiped me out last year so you have my sympathies too. Am only getting one or two of the earlies here really, can't wait for more to ripen!

Only cherries ripe, still waiting for others. Maybe I should try some of the "super-earlies" next year.

Maybe it's not that bad, considering I grew only bought plants and no starts from seed. For some reason the tomato plants bought a week later than the others (unknown variety, bought as Kmicic, and Bawole Serce) did best along with Koralik cherries and are still fruiting.
