Default orange/yellow pink ponderosa

I have a 10 oz pink ponderosa tomato that shades from bright orange at the top to yellow on the bottom. I take it this isn't a pink ponderosa.

I was going to ask what it could be but I looked at the list of orange tomatoes. I'll check with my source.

I'll see what I can do. I don't have a source listed for it. Then again going through my planted list -- there are tomatoes I haven't seen.

I've grown Pink and Red Ponderosa's and the third one is called Golden Ponderosa.

For some it's a hard call between distinguishing between the colors of orange and gold and yellow, but honestly, my Golden Ponderosa was gold in color, not yellow, not orange.

So what you might be growing is Golden Ponderosa, but for sure not Pink Ponderosa or Red Ponderosa.

Did you buy seeds for the pink one or receive it in trade? Meaning if purchased maybe a wrong label and maybe a stray seed but you wouldn't know that unless you set out several plants. And if from a trade all bets are off and I'd retract my comment about Golden Ponderosa as a possibility.

Apparently I grew Ponderosa Pink last year and didn't note the colour. However, I am growing Gold Medal and Golden Jubilee. Misslabelling is a possibility.
I uploaded some pictures. The internal colour was a surprise and the flavour was good.
