Default New Mexico Chile Conference

Is anyone here going to the New Mexico Chile Conference this year?

No but I can taste the green chile from here. Ironically, all the Big Jim's I grow here in the midwest come out much hotter than the ones from NM, but without that signature flavor. Still delicious, just not quite the same.

The NMSU chile institute seed store is awesome! Can't wait to load up this season.

It's during the week, when I have to work, or I would. We are trying to bring back some of the native chile here in the Espanola Valley.

It's just down the road from me, but going to be out of town. I go to the shop often. I can't grow enough for our needs, so I get what I need from Biad.
