That's great Neil. I'm in Iowa, and have not recieved yet...
Wondering how many you have listed this year and what's on your to-grow list?

I haven't received mine yet. Can't wait to look at Neil's tomato selection. I'm an oxheart fan and he always has quite a number of interesting ones in the yearbook. Thanks Neil!!!

Neil and I have been friends since the early 1990's and we had a great phone chat yesterday.

Neil, lets cut a deal. You send me your paper 2013 SSE Yearbook b/c here in the tundra they usually come via sled dog, but no snow right now so I suppose they'll have to come via an ATV, and who knows how long that will take.

When mine comes I'll return yours, b'c you know what your listings are anyway, and then I can send you some exceedingly rare varieties, which are in the large manila envelope that say seeds for 2013.

Neil is one of the wonderful folks who does seed production for me and that way he does have access to brand new varieties, not just the ones he works with but also any that the other folks doing seed production for me are working with. And I can't tell you how many years we've exchanged seeds, his best for my best.

I felt so bad for him last season with the extreme drought that didn't allow him to get fruits off many of his own plants out there, so fingers crossed this upcoming season will be much better.

And for heavens sake Neil will you please post more. You have a wealth of knowledge that should be shared with others here, IMO.

The deal is off Neil. I can't believe it but my 2013 paper SSE Yearbook came in the mail this AM,not by ATV but by Cheryl, my USPS sub person driving her SUV with the blinking lights.

This is the earliest I can remember in about 20 years, and I don't request seeds from others via the Yearbook, but it's always good to know what's out there.

When I reread my blurb in the front of the Yearbook I squinched a bit, but I meant what I said in terms of using it as a seed catalog rather the original mission of SSE in setting it up to foster seed preservation. And that happens when folks relist what the got from others and that hasn't happened since the mid to late 90's which is why so many great folks with lots of listings left SSE as listed members.

OK,back to packing tomato seeds.

Carolyn

Forgot to ask. Did SSE post digital version of 2013 seed request form already?

I printed out a SSE seed request form, and it is for 2012. Is there a way to print one out for 2013? Otherwise I'll have to copy the form in the paper Yearbook.
