SoilGard and RootShield

Looking for any info from folks who have used either of these two products.

What were you trying to control?
How well did it work?
How did you apply it?
Where did you purchase it?

I've found a 5lb bag of SoilGard for $70. RootShield looks like about 10 lbs for $160.

Thinking about trying it next year for the Fusarium that seems to have taken hold.
